Easy Returns in Three Simple Steps:

- Send the items together with the completed return form to the address provided on the return form.
- Ensure that the parcel has a Track and Trace code. As the sender, you are responsible for the shipment, and we want to avoid any misunderstandings.
Step 3: Receive Your Refund
- Once we have received the parcel, we will process your refund within five working days. The purchase amount will be transferred back into your bank account.

- Refund Processing: We will ensure that the purchase price is credited to your account within five working days of receiving the return.
