Easy Returns in Three Simple Steps:

  • Send the items together with the completed return form to the address provided on the return form.
  • Ensure that the parcel has a Track and Trace code. As the sender, you are responsible for the shipment, and we want to avoid any misunderstandings.

Step 3: Receive Your Refund

  • Once we have received the parcel, we will process your refund within five working days. The purchase amount will be transferred back into your bank account.

  • Return Window: You can return your order up to 14 days after receipt.
  • Refund Processing: We will ensure that the purchase price is credited to your account within five working days of receiving the return.
  • Return Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags.
  • Return Shipping Costs: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • Exceptions: Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items for hygiene reasons. 
  • Exchanges: We do not accept exchanges
