Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped with YunExpress and then transferred to a local courier. Shipping costs are free for all of the Australia. Delivery time is 7 to 14 days business days.
Order cutoff time: 5:00 pm (GMT+10:00) Australian Eastern Standard Time (Sydney), after this time we no longer process orders received on that day. For orders processed after cutoff time, one day gets added to the delivery time estimate.
Processing and cancellation period
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business day after payment confirmation. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Please note: Once your order has been processed for shipment and given a tracking number, we cannot cancel the order. You may cancel the order within 6 hours of placement by contacting us at the email address: info@charlotte-bay.com

Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package with the tracking number provided on our website or on the courier's website.
